Celebrating Women in Sport
Building on the legacy of our flagship Legends Ball, June 2025 marked the launch of the first-ever Summer Legends Ball, an evening dedicated to celebrating women in sport, raising funds for vital charities, and connecting leading businesses with the sporting legends who inspire them.
The event brought together an exceptional line-up of sporting icons, business leaders, and philanthropists, establishing what is set to become a key annual fixture in the sporting calendar.
Hosted by Ugo Monye, the evening featured a panel discussion with Dame Kelly Holmes, Dame Sarah Storey, Katarina Johnson-Thompson MBE, and Dame Denise Lewis. Each spoke with honesty and passion about their journeys and the importance of creating a more inclusive and supportive future for women in sport.
THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE THE NIGHT
Each year, The Legends Ball celebrates the sporting icons, entertainers, artists, charities, and partners who bring the evening to life.
SPORTING LEGENDS

Among those joining us were Aimee Fuller, Becky Adlington OBE, Dame Kelly Holmes DBE, Dame Sarah Storey DBE, Ebony Rainford-Brent MBE, Fatima Whitbread MBE, Heather Knight OBE, Helen Glover OBE, Isa Guha, Millie Bright OBE, Sophie Bray MBE, Tamsin Greenway, Zoe Aldcroft, and many more.
“An evening that will stay with me for a long time. The Legends Summer 2025 Ball was a powerful celebration of women in sport, recognising how far we’ve come and the importance of continuing to push forward. It was an honour to hear from legends like Dame Kelly Holmes, Dame Sarah Storey, Katrina Thompson-Johnson, and Dame Denise Lewis. They spoke with honesty and passion about their journeys, the challenges they’ve faced, and the responsibility we all share to shape a better future. One clear message stood out: we are all in charge of our own destiny, but real progress happens when we support one another. The room was full of people doing just that, lifting others, challenging the norm and driving change.”
